This service allows our clients to fully comply with the EU Whistleblowing Directive, the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Employees should be made fully aware of this third party service for raising all and any matters that arise during their employment that they do not feel able or confident to raise to the employer themselves.
4 HR Solutions will protect all disclosures made and will never reveal any details to the client organisation that would reveal the identity of the whistleblower. The information provided by the whistleblower would be discreetly passed to the employer in such a form that allows for full investigation and examination of the complaints enabling the Company to take all and any internal action it considers is necessary.
Reporting via 4 HR Solutions is via email only and you are assured:
- Your email address will not be shared with the Employer – it is only asked for to enable 4 HR Solutions to engage with you if further information is required
- You will never be asked for your name, address or any other personal details that could reveal your identity
- 4 HR solutions will ensure that the information provided is amended when shared with the Company to ensure that the protection of the whistleblower is not compromised.
